Location: Union Square
Location Perks: Union Sq. need I say more. Easy to get to you. Liqueteria is a few doors down - Deep Blue Acai with extra ginger please!
Amenities: 1 bathroom, cubbies and hooks for your jacket. Provide you with water and towel.
Cost: $35/class and  packages offered. 1st class is $20.

By far the most challenging class I have EVER taken. The workout is genius in my mind. We as humans don’t move in just one plane so why workout that way?
