WORKOUTS I LOVED THIS MONTH
I feel like a broken record about now talking about my knee, me knee, my knee...I’m a lot better - I’m still not 100% but a lot better. I have days (and sometimes even a week) where I am goodreal good - like I even forgetten that anything even happened to my knee but with the weather changing and then we had a few days of rain - they both affected me. On one of my last visits to the physical therapist I expressed that I was starting to feel a little discouraged (again) and he pulled out a piece of paper and asked me what my goals were and what my activity was like currently (including my PT exercises).
