WORKOUTS I LOVED THIS MONTH
Its now June - 6 month and some change since my whole appendix incident. It honestly took me a while to get back into the swing of things. I lost a whole lot of muscle (and I lost my butt - like poof gone! Not a good look at all.) so my knee kinda started to act up again. I started back up with working out at home (Tabatas are my friend!) and then graduated to taking classes.
