WORKOUTS I LOVED THIS MONTH

Now that the weather is pretty nice though I have been going to Ft GreenE park though and training my clients and sometimes getting my own workout in as well. Love me some stairs.
FT GREENE STAIR WORKOUT
- 2-3xs stair run
- 10 bench squat jumps
- 10 plank band pulls (each side)
*that’s 1 round - do 5-8 rounds
